After a month of doing different kinds of field research (group interviews, solo interviews, voxpops etc.) it was very clear that the main problem regarding SELECTEDs audience and sustainability in the fashion industry was, that the audience didn't know how clothes were sustainable. They didn't know about all the different certifications or materials, in fact many of them didn't even know that clothes wasn't sustainable.
With that insight, we decided to change the way SELECTED communicate about sustainability. We chose some different parameters that SELECTED could use to explain fashion sustainability and made some different pictograms for them to use on their different elements.
This project was mostly strategic, but we created some prototypes of the different elements we wanted to be a part of SELECTEDs new communication.
